The proposal is to convert a garage to a study. From the plans provided it is not clear where the 3 parking spaces noted at item 13 on the application form are located.

A drawing to an appropriate scale indicating the location of all available parking spaces within the curtilage is required. Highway Services requests that the application is deferred to allow the applicant to consider the above. Highways Officer
