1.1 The above applications were permitted on 28 September 2016 and 03.02.2017, respectively with 16/00785/GB, 16/00768/CON and 16/01128/CON subject to a condition requiring the following:

#### C.2.

No development shall commence until full and comprehensive photographic survey of Welch House has been submitted and agreed in writing by the Department.

**Reason:** In order to retain a record of the site in the interests of local history.

### 2.0 Submission

2.1 The applicant/owner submitted a number of photographs in December 2016 and after receipt the initial submission was discussed with the Conservation Officer who requested a plan showing the photopoints be included in the submission.

2.2 This information was passed through in 1 March 2017.

2.3 The submission records sufficient of the building to be acceptable, particularly given the building was internally substantially altered during the 1970s.

### 3.0 Recommendation

3.1 It is considered that the photographs and photopoint plans dated received 1 March 2017 satisfy condition 2 of 16/00785/GB, 16/00768/CON and 16/01128/CON.
