Highway Services Comment made Do not oppose with condition/comment Highways Representation history for this case. DNOC on 25/09/17 Conditions (if any) The proposal is to convert an existing office building within a town centre to 3 no. one bedroom apartments with off street car parking. Highway Services does not oppose this application subject to the following condition:

1. One parking spaces shall be allocated to the resident of each apartment and retained for their sole use thereafter.

Reason: to ensure that the Strategic Plan parking standards are met and that the apartment cannot be let without the allocation of a parking space.
