The proposal is to use a 1st floor residential apartment as a chiropractic clinic. The building is situated in a town centre location with a mixture of businesses and residential uses. Car parking is provided on street and within nearby car parks. There is good access to public transport and the pedestrian links are very good.

Highway Services does not oppose this application.
