It is felt that the proximity of this property to the junction with the main road (Victoria Road) could introduce a danger with people entering and exiting the proposed off road parking. Whilst the Council recognises the need for off road parking, due to safety issues the Council would seek that planning consult with Highways before making a determination on this application.
