PA16/01387/B Island Seafare. The Quay, Port St Mary. Partial demolition of lean-to extension, increase level and replacement of existing roof and creation of double doors.

PA16/01383/B Mr D Best. Colwood, Beach Road, Port St Mary. Installation of flat roof dormer to roof elevation and pitched roof dormer to front elevation.

PA16/01362/B Mr and Mrs Woodhall. The Penthouse, St Marys Bay Apartments, The Promenade, Port St Mary. Replacement of fourth floor window with doors and Juliet balcony, and replacement of fifth floor central window, both to front elevation.
