The comment stated;

The creation of the double doors and subsequent greater of this access will adversely affect parking and other access to rear of properties on Lime Street. This is already difficult with Island Seafoods leaving equipment, pallets and parked vehicles without regard of access and amenity for residents and users of the sailing club. This is especially true in the summer when the drivers of the lorries and forklift trucks drive without care and present a clear danger to the children playing in the area. I have personally witnessed several close calls.
