It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to any of the following Planning Applications:-

PA16/01150/B - Mr & Mrs G Jamieson - Conversion of existing agricultural building into residential property - Ellenbrook Farm, Old Castletown Road, Braddan - AMENDED PLANS

PA17/00480/B - Mr S Pacey - Replacement of existing conservatory with single storey extension and extending over existing garage - 3 Clybane Rise, Farmhill, Braddan.

PA17/00753/B - Dandara Commercial Limited - Conversion of ground floor office building to create coffee shop, with retention of office use above - Park House, IOM Business Park, Braddan.

PA17/00819/B - Hospice, Isle of Man - Alterations to existing entrance lobby doors and installation of entrance canopies - Nobles Hospital Site, The Strang, Braddan.

PA17/00829 - Braddan Parish Commissioners - Amendments to and relocation of approved multipurpose Community Centre incorporating Braddan Commissioners' offices/HQ with associated car parking and landscaping (PA16/00601/B - Strang Corner Field, The Strang, Braddan - AMENDED PLANS.

PA17/00847/B - The Children's Centre - Extension to kitchen - Wallberry Farm, Old Castletown Road - AMENDED PLANS

PA17/00481/B - Theresa Barton - Variation of Condition 3 of PA14/00873/C to increase the limit on children attending the nursery from 27 to 33 - Little Cherubs Kindergarten, The Old Chapel, Main Road, Union Mills

The Commissioners resolved to object to the following planning application as in their opinion there is existing office space available in Braddan and if this application were to be approved, it would represent the loss of a small industrial unit which is in high demand:-

PA17/00763/C - Mr D J Clark & Mr C M Clark - Change of use from Industrial, Warehousing and Distribution to Class 2 (a) (Insurance broker) - Unit 12, Cooil Smithy, IOM Business Park, Braddan.
