Hi Sarah I’ve consulted the applicant. All the other lighting to the building switches off at 10.15 pm so to be consistent they have asked that these signs be the same. If this is an issue can you come back to me please Regards Niall

Dear Niall, We have received correspondence on the above application from the owner of Rose Cottage, opposite the site. They seek a condition that requires that the illumination is switched off when the café is closed. Would your clients find this acceptable? Sarah
