Hi Chris, I have no objection to the removal of the palm trees. The large broadleaf tree shown on the site plan at the back of the proposed garage should not be affected. It sits on a raised bank supported by a retaining wall and it is unlikely to be rooted within the footprint of the proposed garage. Photo attached. Regards,
