### Re: PA 16/00985 - Extension, 40 Groudle Road, Onchan

I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 5th September 2016.

The Commissioners have no objection to the proposed extension but do not support the introduction of decking particularly to the side elevation as it could be considered unneighbourly giving the impression of overlooking.
