It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Applications:

- PA16/01199/B - Ms J Taylor - Erection of a detached dwelling with associated landscaping and parking - Rose Cottage, Lhergy Cripperty, Union Mills, IM4 4NF
- PA16/01202/B - Proposed replacement of conservatory with new sun lounge - 51 Clybane Rise, Farmhill, Braddan, IM2 2LX

It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners wish to object to the following Planning Application on the grounds that removing the hedge would represent the loss of an amenity and would be detrimental to the wildlife in the area.
