RE: PA 16/00730/B Alterations to Ebor, Peveril Road, Peel

Thank you for letting us know about the prosed planning application. We have no issues with the plans as submitted to you. Our concern regarding the previous application by a former owner of the property was in regards to accommodation above the garage. We have no issues with a pointed roof on existing walls and some minor storage space available in what would be the loft.
