# Consultation 1

## Foster, Dawn

**From:** Gledhill, Jan **Sent:** 27 May 2016 13:18 **To:** DEFA, Planning **Cc:** Galtress, Karen **Subject:** PA 16/00560/B Installation of replacement fencing and gates, Rushen Abbey **Planning application:** 16/00560/B Installation of replacement fencing and gates, Rushen Abbey Ballasalla On this planning application it is indicated that the proposed works are in close proximity to a watercourse.

DEFA, fisheries have no concerns in relation to this development from a fisheries perspective. This is due to the distance of the proposed development from the watercourse, which appears to be generally greater than 9m, with only a short section of replacement fence panel work lying just within the 9m corridor.

Kind regards
