# Decision Notice

Peel Heritage Trust C/o Mr W S Quine 2 Ramsey Road Peel IM5 1UB

Town and Country Planning Act 1999 ------------------------The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No 2) Order 2013

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE a planning application by Peel Heritage Trust, Ref 16/00338/B, for the re-location of WW2 air raid shelter from Cliffe Cottage to site at Daisy Field (Retrospective) at Field 314321 Battery Road Peel Isle of Man subject to compliance with the following condition(s):

1. The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.

Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.

NOTE No signage or advertisements may be displayed on the site or on the access to the site, nor is it likely that such signage would be considered favourably should such an application be submitted under the Advertisements Regulations 2013 as this could increase the amount of vehicular traffic using Battery Road which is not considered suitable for such an increase.
