The above Application was discussed by the Commissioners at their meeting on Monday last when it was resolved to Comment as follows:

- The Commissioners note the Planning History and previous refusals to allow the use of the space above the garage as living accommodation on the grounds that it would be tantamount to creating a new dwelling in the countryside.
- Having regard to the planning statement which accompanied the instant Application, the Commissioners resolved that they would make no further comment on this subject.
