The proposal is to use an area of hardstanding used to display vehicles for sale within a development where multiple car dealerships exist for a covered sales area for a period of 18months.

The hardstanding is currently used to display vehicles for sale and not for customer car parking; there is no loss of customer car parking and any increase in vehicle generation will be accomodated within the existing site.

Highway Services does not oppose this application.
