The proposal is to erect a stable block adjacent to a dwelling within the residential curtilage. The stable block is for 2 horses and a tack room and access is via the existing residential access. This is suitable for personal use and should not be used for commercial enterprise.

Highway Services does not oppose this application subject to the following condition:

1. The development shall be used only for personal use associated with the dweling and not for commercial use.
