The Commissioners wish to submit their views on the following planning application:

16/00705/B Mr M Gill Scacafel Clenagh Road Sulby – Proposed garage and workshop with store room over – Amended plans received. No further comments.

16/01038/B – Mr M Bibby and Ms J Christian Seafield Farm, Ballaugh – Creation of Stable Block – Land adjacent to Allandale Farm Ballamanagh Road Sulby. Refused Unanimous. We understand that the stable will be for domestic use, but we have concerns regarding the amount of land available to the horses for exercise and grazing. Is there a minimum amount of land required per horse?

16/01057/B – Mr R Phillips Sycamore House Glen Duff Lezayre – Retrospective retention of pre-existing shed. Approved Unanimous.

16/01095/B Mr and Mrs Bamber Crenagh Glen Auldyn Lezayre – Replacement roof atrium. Approved Unanimous.

16/01111/B – Mr and Mrs M Oates Kerrowmoar Croft Kerrowmooar Sulby – Erection of agricultural building field 134313 adjacent to Kerrowmooar Croft. Approved 3-1 majority. If the planners are mindful to approve this application the Commissioners suggest that the same conditions are added to the approval notice under PA14/00720/B Conditions "2 The building hereby approved must be used only for agricultural purposes and 3 The agricultural building hereby approved shall be removed and the ground restored to its former condition in the event that it is no longer used or required for agricultural purposes.
