Applicant: St John's Steel
The Commissioners considered the above at their meeting on Monday last. The Commissioners consider that the building design does nothing to enhance the village centre. However, they recognise the purpose desired.
Their position therefore is that they cannot support the plans as submitted. If the plans were to include adequate screening; say, in the form of a raised wall level, this would satisfy their concerns.
